The whole sequence had been prevised and our “rig chase” software was used to transfer the move data to a Milo fitted with the eiger arm.
Each set was built on our high speed turntable which was controlled by the Milo software and shot against green screen. This allowed the camera path and set rotation to be seamlessly blended together to create the spiral effect.
The 3D data could then be used to make the CGI background environments fit perfectly to the foreground elements.
