Super Cyclops is the largest and most advanced live action motion control system in the UK.

Its speed and range of movement are unsurpassed by any other system in the UK, with a max lens height of 20 ft and a reach of 13ft.  

When established within the studio and positioned on the 40' rails, custom hydraulics can lift the whole system including rails, and drive it around the stage very easily using a simple joystick control. In this way the rig can be moved into or out of position without the need to power down or re boot. This process can take as little as 5 minutes to perform allowing space for other camera set-ups, vehicle access or set strikes. 

The unique "Universal” head is fast and rigid enough to accommodate most standard production cameras, including 35mm, Video and HD, Vista Vision, Imax, DSLR and 3D stereo camera systems  .

The system has also been specially modified to take the “Eiger” carbon fibre crane arm to greatly increase the operating envelope. Please see the “Eiger” section for details.

Featuring complete integration to and from most 3D packages, the Flair software features also include scaling, animation, time lapse, mimic and target tracking.
